From Br.Umar Lee, I agree with this specifically if there is a fleet of ships that we can get to break through the blockade as this would be an action of Non-Violent Civil Disobedience to provide aid to the Palestinians in the face of Israeli State Terrorism.

As-Salaaamu-Alaikum wa-Rahmatullahi wa-Barakatuhu
Al-Hamdulillah! I like the idea of a “fleet of martyrs” to break the blockade of Gaza.
In December 2005, the Institute of Medieval and Post-Medieval Studies, Texas, in a specially prepared Memorandum of Options, Priorities & Strategies for the Extraordinary Islamic Summit had suggested for the formation of a defensive shield against any impending foreign attacks. The memorandum was really the work of three of us. I had strongly suggested that the urgency of the situation in Iraq, Afghanistan, Palestine, Lebanon, Kashmir, Somalia, Chechenya and Western threat to Syria and Iran calls for the creation of an Islamic Defense Force as a deterrent like NATO to protect Muslim wealth, territories, lives and safeguard destinies from non-Islamic challenges. Such a defense force will negate the cause of the existence of Al-Qai’da and Western pretext to attack Muslim countries.
Al-hamdulillah! We had some wonderful suggestions for the Ummah. But unfortunately, the so-called “moderates”, i.e. the despicable Arab leaders never commented to our effort.

I like the idea as well of a Fleet of ships to break through the blockade of the Israelis. It is a non-violent act of high civil disobedience and God willing would really in whatever small way show that Muslims care for justice and what is going on in Ghaza!
I think such an idea for an Islamic Defense Force is very interesting but I think you already know how these Arab leaders would react, as they are not interested in such a venture as it would unite the Muslims.
